Person-Centred therapy

About Me

I am a qualified Person-Centred Practitioner and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), of which I practice within the organisation's ethical framework ethical framework for the Counselling Professions. My approach offers a confidential, supportive and accepting space where you can feel free to share your experiences, feelings, be heard for who you are and be acknowledged for your true self.

Safespace121 is my private practice offering open-ended therapy to clients through face-to-face sessions, online platforms and telephone consultations.

I began my journey at Place2Be, working in a primary school setting, engaging children through play who were experiencing various issues. Subsequently, I moved to The Awareness Centre, where I provided long-term counselling to adults as part of the low-cost service. Concurrently, I worked with the NHS IAPT Service, delivering short-term therapy at a GP surgery in Lambeth. After obtaining my qualification, I was employed by an EAP service as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist, where I conducted short-term interventions for a range of presenting issues.
